Enjoy the Founders Day Festival in downtown Pocahontas May 6 and 7. Lots of fun things to see and do. Here’s the schedule:

Friday May 6
10 AM -School Kids Historic Tour
6 PM-Little Miss Pocahontas Beauty Pageant (Court Square Stage) Click here for more
9 PM-Haunted Pocahontas Ghost Tour
(walking tour starts in front of the Downtown Playhouse, 306 N Marr Street) $5 per person

7-11 AM-First United Methodist Church’s Pancake Breakfast (First United Methodist Church 400 Thomasville Ave.)

12 Noon– Do-nut Eating Contest (Old Courthouse Lawn)
