Magnificent Deck Rails

The carpenters have worked all week on building the rails for the rear deck of the Lesmeister. They say it’s hard to build, but beautiful design and will be well worth the effort. As I understand it, the pressure-treated wood needs to dry a year before we put any stain on it. For now, I’m just happy to have it, and think it looks great! Everybody who sees it mentions wanting to sit and sip wine out there. I wonder how wine stains look on unsealed wood!
