Getting Ready For Tile!

The first photo below shows the beefy support for the bathroom vanity they’re building for the Julia Dean apartment. This is the handicapped accessible unit, so the vanity will be supported from the wall so someone in a wheel chair can roll up under the unit to use the lavatories.

The second photo shows the stacks of bathroom tile that appeared today. When I entered the apartment at 16:45 to check the day’s progress, it was toasty warm in there! They have the gas furnace going, I suppose to warm the place up so the tile adhesive will dry properly. It’s possible they will start the tile work tomorrow!
