Lesmeister Demolition Update

Work on the Lesmeister Guesthouse project is still in the demolition stage, meaning they are still removing old things that have to go before they can start building. They are working on removing concrete from the center of the building, since that’s where all the plumbing must go under the floor for the bathrooms.

The photos below show the concrete removed, and on the extreme left you can see the trench they’ve created for pipes where water will come into and waste water will be carried out of the building. It may not be too long now before plumbers can start roughing in the plumbing, then they can pour new concrete.
