Please get that air conditioning going ASAP!

With the current heat wave burning up most of America, it was good to see an air conditioning condenser appear yesterday on the service mezzanine above the bathroom of The Lesmeister’s Julia Dean apartment. A furnace unit and tankless water heater also appeared, but I’m not interested in heating at the moment!

In the photo below you can also see, in the background, the framing of the shaft that will carry sunlight from the skylight on the roof, through the mezzanine and into the bathroom below.
