The Old Storefront…coming to life again

Architect Tommy Jameson studied the bones of the old Lesmeister building and designed a restoration of the building’s storefronts that he believes closely matches what was there in the long ago.

This week the carpenters have worked to make Tommy’s drawings become wood and screws as the storefront reconstruction comes to life. We don’t yet have glass, and we don’t yet have doors (at least not the real doors), but below is what we do have, and I’m so pleased to finally see this, below, after two years of anticipation!
