Lesmeister Front Sidewalk

Below is a photo of the new sidewalk in front of the Lesmeister Guesthouse. They put 45 degree joints around the support columns so if a column ever has to be replaced, there will be a clean line to jackhammer to, to remove the old column, put in a new one, and pour new concrete. Let’s hope that day never comes!

I think the angled joints really dress up the look and keep it from being just another sidewalk. It reminds me of the lines in a Frank Lloyd Wright stained glass window.
