It’s A True Honor

No, that’s not Lesmeister Guesthouse above. It’s the Arkansas Governor’s Mansion, where I’ll be January 10, accepting an award from the Historic Preservation Alliance of Arkansas.

I received formal notification today that the Lesmeister Guesthouse project has been selected to receive the 2013 Excellence in Preservation Through Rehabilitation Award for a small project. If my project was “small” I don’t want to do a large one!

I again thank architect Tommy Jameson, contractor Ralph “Pink” Baltz, and all the subcontractors and craftsmen who made the project such a success. Just read some recent Lesmeister reviews!
